DURATION: roundtrip from Krakow ~7h

From late April to late September, it is possible to spend a relaxing couple of hours floating between Poland and Slovakia and through the Pieniny Gorge in the oldest National Park in Poland. It allows our guests to get close up to the mountains without having to hike for hours! The raft trip tradition dates back over 100 years and is a historical gem. The rafts are based on those that originally carried timber from forests, the crew proudly wears the local national dress. Every bend in the river unveils a new stunning vista. The rafting ride takes approximately two hours

For our guests who are prepared to be more active and get wet, gentle “white water” rafting or kayaking options are available.

The return trip from Krakow lasts for 7 hours including the stop for lunch. It can be added as a Tour from Zakopane and lasts approximately 5 hours

After the River trip, we will take you to a traditional lunch in the spa town of Szczawnica. Here you can opt to extend your tour by taking a trip on the cableway up the mountain to the Gravity Ride and following the nature trail back down.

Also, it is possible on the return to Krakow to spend time at Niedzica castle and museum set above the stunning views across Lake Dunajec
Either of these extended tour options will add about 1.5 hours to the trip.
